It’s a about enjoying the simpler pleasure of life, to enjoy the moments, even how insignificant it may be. Eg, holding the little hands of Seth, eating bread in the car with Olive Tree and Seth, strolling Seth up and down escalators, tilting him downwards, having addictive hobbies!

Oh and so the new hobby starts from the purchase of a sewing machine. No, I would not want it to be 3 mins kind of passion but a long long one, just like why I love scrapbooking! Yupz, the hobbies I have needs investment but prudence, prudence in spending…

Over the weekend, here’s my loot from the local stores.

I so love the turquoise polka-dot, (fetish for turquoise colors lately). The very 1st fabric in big floral prints,…. they are thick cotton, thinking of using them to do mini bags or pouch as a first try before I invest in better fabric, (esp from the States), I so love the recent findings on the net and can’t help but to share with you. I’ve downloaded some free Amy Butler’s sewing patterns as well. Going to try my hands on the simple sewing soon. I wanted to use the sewing machine so much but this 2 days prove to be too tiring for me as we were out for shopping. Today, attended an ex-colleague’s wedding lunch. TIRING!!

Going gaga over this phone, with all the fabulous features (iPod, iPod Video, Internet, Phone functionality, all in it) Mr Jobs have put into it, I can’t wait for it to launch. Alas! The States are only launching it US Time 6pm, 29/06/07. So for Singapore die-hard fans, wait long long… till next year? In hope the stock don’t run out as well!

If you have 20 minutes, you should see this video introduction to this gorgeous phone! Ok there’s a catch, in order for the phone to work with my PB, I need to have OS X 10.10 or later!?!!? and what is my PB running on now?? 10.4.2???? Darn!So should I get a new macbook pro? CRAZY!! Olive Tree so wanting to watch this movie. He was with expectancy since end May, when he saw the advert on BK pamphlets etc. Even to the extend he said there was a documentary of The Making of Transformers. Aiyo….
But I am also anticipating that this is going to be a good movie as well, though may not be very suitable for kids to watch. Any films of Steven Spielberg should not be any disappointment.

We visited the MAAD at Red Dot Design Museum yesterday. Pretty interesting works displayed by the designers and can be purchased as well. The event ends today, but do not fret as it happens every 1st weekend of the month.

Jacq, my fellow scrapper, whose works that I always admired. She has a stall set up with 2 other friends. Jacq specialized in Scrapbooking (she takes orders for Layouts, altered projects, albums as well, visit heretsy websitefor more of her creations. She’s good with fabric craftworks too. I am amazed how she manage to have time to do all these besides being a FTWM.

Woke up a sleepy head. Such a cooling weather, rain spattering on the ground and I so wanna stay home to laze and not to work. Flu starts to come back again, whole night blocked nose and slept with the tissue inserted up my nostril!! URRGH! To clear the blcok nose and running tape of mucus. YUPZ Gross am I?

Olive Tree came back late last night. In fact, I was so overjoyed till he said he may not come back cause of one stupid NSMan went home attend C and forgot to return his weapon to the store. So all have to wait for the guy to go back camp and return the weapon and then book out! Super rigid and due to one fellow! Olive Tree managed to come home half past midnight. At least, I get to see him for that few hours before he left for camp again at 6 this morning. Otherwise, this whole week I will not bee seeing him! Not use to it lar….

Another 2 more work days to go, torture. Why now I find it’s totally torture to step into office? As I have to be so desk bound and clear all the paperworks. Also, rushing madly, and the micro-management. The f-up comms and the loads of s*#@. See, I am in a bad mood.

Stop my lamenting and got to go work lioa. Thanks gals, for being here and reading my lamentation!

Recently read my girlfriend’s blog and found it really nice and neat. So was thinking to re-create one for myself. However, it’s so funny that I realised I registered an account with WordPress in Aug 2006.

Now I found the blog again and am happy that the interface and new features are really easy to use and I shall seriously consider a migration….
