The very first attempt on Easter eggs painting. The most intricate painting of the lot is done by olive tree. Ha! I am no where near his patience and creative.

Dozed off around 11yish, I have no idea I can be so tired. The week ended pretty fast and I am probably still swamp with new environment at work, people and roles. Nonetheless, the week has been good with me being more proactive, trying to be focus, learning, meeting expectations. I would hope that I can master the necessary skills at work to better equip me to have more influx of sales, despite a difficult economic climate.
On with a long weekend. My pals at ex-company have gone up to M’sia, Klang. Wish so much to join them but new job and also family commitment do not allow me to have the chance. I managed to catch up a bit with them today though at breakfast. It’s good to be around good friends and chat the daily stuffs.
Since in a waking moments at 3+ in the wee hours, I do the usual of twitter-reads, blog-browsing and want to share the recent interest I have been reading. Here they are:
.: kidslovedesign :.

I simply love the contemporary design they share and the products (ranging from furniture, toys that they carry (though with a pricey tag). I am not so much a fan of country-style ID and friends would have known by the visit to my “White House”. Check out their blog where they will share with you the latest design trends for kids. From one of the blog post, I came to know of fifi mandirac and her cutesy creation of papeterie and she has an interesting blog as well. Her website is flash-enabled thus if you are on a iPhone/iPod Touch, it’s not viewable.
.: Shutter Sisters :.
I enjoy inspiring photos and I love the works of Tara Whitney, and lately came upon the Shutter Sisters. They were rank no. 1 in the name your dream assignment contest. Congrats!
Their project is called Picture Hope.
“Two shutter sisters travel to five continents to create a visual catalog of hope from surprising sources while an entire community of women photographers do the same right here at home.
We are Shutter Sisters Jen Lemen and Stephanie Roberts, and our dream is to tell stories that change you and me forever.“
They have a Flickr Community Group – One Word Project which is very inspiring. This month’s Theme would of course be HOPE
Back on the scrapbooking scene, I am always looking forward to Hip Hop Thursday and will always hop on to my pal’s blog for inspiration and do drop by and get the mojo flowing by browsing her creation. *Fantabulous works* I am still waiting impatiently for my Unity Stamp Co.,’s KOM!
Oh yes! Almost forgot, tonight is the night where I spent the most on getting my vision gear. Geeez….it’s a tough decision to make but I hope I did a good one..
I was browsing around my photos in my MBP and came across these few that I would want to share with you. Shots take from the Fuji FinePix f100fd or Canon 350D.

may you have a wonderful week ahead with lots of good blessings!
BTW, so happy that a new life is born and he is totally adorable. Congrats, Karen!
If you were to say running a marathon, I am definitely not up to mark to do that…. but if to ask me to have marathon crop session. HA! I am full of energy and can “scrap” as long as I try to stay awake.Despite the lack of sleep on Friday night till Saturday morning, I’ve continued to crop wih J till Saturday Evening. In fact, we had planned to bring the kids to my colleague’s place for mj and kids playtime but the plan has to be cancelled as Seth got a high fever in the afternoon ad we had to monitor his condition. So, it created the opportunity for J and I to continue with what we are scrapping.
Here’s the LO completed today. Another Sassafras Las PP for the cutesy kiddos. TFL!

now, really really need to hit the sack….. Zzzzzzzzz Sweet dreams
It’s another wonderful time with my fellow scrappers and we had 2 more close scrappers to join us. What a ball of time we had. Though on / off my missy is grouchy and needed the attention. She has stayed up with us till almost 3am till she hit the sack. I have managed to produce one LO, love love the Big Shot and must get my hands to it!

Hoping to crop more with the gals next time, despite the schedule I expect I would be having at work.
the work has started to get challenging and I am required to do account planning and all the account listing. I hope I will be able to sustain the period through and able to learn alot from the fellow colleagues. Have a great weekend and be blessed!
This is such an enjoyable play to watch. I love the witty dialogues, I love the Character, Lady Bracknell played by Ivan Heng who is always so brilliant. If you enjoy a comedy sort of play, you should watch this and the whole play entertain you throughout. With the cleverly written playscript by Oscar Wilde, you will not be disappointed.
The Play is on till 11 April 2009 and the tickets can be purchased here.
The first day at work proves to be draining–from excitement, planning, training. It’s always good to be excited about a new environment, bosses, colleagues and most important of all, the attitude towards the job. I guess I want to put my 110% into this job and make the business goes well for me, and be a great achiever, but I am also stressing upon myself if I am able to meet the expectation of my boss. It’s not gonna be easy and things are going at a very fast pace mode, I hope that I will perform well and be able to gain a foothold in the field I am in. Wish me the Blessings!
