At grandma’s place, Seth’s creation with bloc

– Post From MiPhone
Out for swimming lesson. Grace’s at my Mom’s taking the afternoon nap. Super sunny day. Seth’s gonna get another good tan.
It was another good time spent with my crop buddies. We have great laugh, nespresso and McD. It’s a matter of quality time spent, sharing our daily moments of lives. Thanks, Anne, Jen for the wonderul time again and a notable one for our new year day.
The 2 layouts below was completed. Being the slow scrapper, I have only managed to complete the last layout, Year 2009 by mid afternoon today. Nonetheless, feel very accomplished.
I’ve scrapped myself happy!

ours were hot, humid and queer with fishing at Labrador Nature Reserve. Hot and humid, the usual of Singapore’s weather. Queer, with 2 sea urchin-like worms being caught. Disgusting enough for me, as my close friends would know, I freak out at the sight of worms!
The kids played hard, ball bouncing, sidewalk crayons coloring, poking, pinching the fish and seasnails caught by another family. It’s great afterall, spending the quality time with family on New Year Day.

We had a good view from the park. The arrival of Star Cruise Virgo and also the Departure of the AIDA

Hope your day was great as well.
This album was created with the help from Jen, my crop buddy. It’s really simple to do and the effect is very different. I have made it into a photo frame stand and displayed on my TV console area.
Thanks, Sis for sharing the know how.

and know that you will be greatly blessed, highly favored and deeply loved.

The kids having a simple new year eve night at home. Playing, eating, with Grandma staying over.

it’s filled with much sadness, anxiety, blessedness and thanksgiving.
With the arrival of 2009, I have never expected the every new year to come will be another set of reminisce and of sadness, mixed with anticipation for the new year.
The high and lows… the trials and gifts…. accounted;
Overcoming the loss of my cousin Leslie on new year day
Stepping out of the comfort zone in NCS and joined Juniper Networks
Made new friends, knowing brothers and sisters in Christ that uphold each other with His words.
Learn to take a step back and look at the big picture…. the hard way
Giving thanks for having a great family
Spending quality time in bonding and making sure you are never stingy in showing love
Reiterating HEALTH and WELLBEING importance in one’s life
Parenting the 2 kids, never easy, never peaceful, but joyful and contented
Most important of all,
knowing that God will never forsake, will always lift us up in all circumstances when we let God intervene. Rest in His words and seek His comfort, HE will comfort the distraught, the meek and worrisome hearts.
My Abba, Father, imprint in our hearts the blessings of Deutronomy 28:1-13
1 If you fully obey the LORD your God and carefully follow all his commands I give you today, the LORD your God will set you high above all the nations on earth. 2 All these blessings will come upon you and accompany you if you obey the LORD your God:
3 You will be blessed in the city and blessed in the country.
4 The fruit of your womb will be blessed, and the crops of your land and the young of your livestock—the calves of your herds and the lambs of your flocks.
5 Your basket and your kneading trough will be blessed.
6 You will be blessed when you come in and blessed when you go out.
7 The LORD will grant that the enemies who rise up against you will be defeated before you. They will come at you from one direction but flee from you in seven.
8 The LORD will send a blessing on your barns and on everything you put your hand to. The LORD your God will bless you in the land he is giving you.
9 The LORD will establish you as his holy people, as he promised you on oath, if you keep the commands of the LORD your God and walk in his ways. 10 Then all the peoples on earth will see that you are called by the name of the LORD, and they will fear you. 11 The LORD will grant you abundant prosperity—in the fruit of your womb, the young of your livestock and the crops of your ground—in the land he swore to your forefathers to give you.
12 The LORD will open the heavens, the storehouse of his bounty, to send rain on your land in season and to bless all the work of your hands. You will lend to many nations but will borrow from none. 13 The LORD will make you the head, not the tail. If you pay attention to the commands of the LORD your God that I give you this day and carefully follow them, you will always be at the top, never at the bottom.
Thank you for a blessed 2010 ahead!
Have realised the repaired 50mm f/1.4 is not performing up to it’s mark. Thus, I am trying out again on the 5DMII and learning how to have optimal performance at which aperture and shutter speed. I really wish I can master the of handling the 5DMII soon. Hope it’s not the lens issue and it’s a EUP matter.
